POLICY ON MAKE-UP CLASSES
- Due to the small classes and availability of space, no make up classes are offered except for children with medical
certificate. - No make-up classes will be offered in lieu of cancelled classes due to typhoon.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Unaccompanied Classes except for SMALL STEPS Class:
- Adults are allowed in class until the child has settled or is ready to be left by the accompanying adult.
- To foster the best learning environment, we require accompanying adults not to interfere during playtime and activities.
We encourage them to observe the child at work and provide support only when needed. Chatting with other adults is
not allowed during classes. - Parents/Guardians and children must wear socks in the classroom. Shoes and bare feet are not permitted.
- Please bring snacks & water. Label the water bottle and snacks with the child’s name.
- Adults of infants/ toddlers are required to wait outside incase the child needs a nappy change or needs to go to the
toilet or, if they leave, they must be reachable by phone.
Media Policy:
- Parents/Guardians are not permitted to take photos/videos during class without the teacher’s permission.
Please put your mobile phones on silent in the classroom.
Health Protocols
How often will the children be washing and or sanitizing their hands?
- Children and staff will wash hands upon arrival into the classroom. Hands will also be washed and/or sanitized between
activities, before and after eating, after using the bathroom, after blowing their nose. - Children who arrives with fever or with contagious medical condition will be sent home.
